Few days ago I had ordered pair of shirt from snapdeal after going through all  details and size chart and return policy as well,
The return policy clearly mentioned easy returns so I went ahead and ordered both the products and made the payment on delivery as well.To my disappointment both the products didn’t fit me well so I requested a return. As per the procedure I got a message that a person will pick up the product. After 2 unsuccessful attempt a person picked up the product and then snapdeal notifies me saying the product hasn’t been picked up. After contacting customer care they check status which is not updated on my app and assure that the things will be sorted. Even after weeks there is no update from snapdeal and when I call customer care I get wayward answers.

Then after waithing for more than 20 days , I have updated this issue on social media then on same day call me regarding this issue and they said they can not refund my money because my product was fail in their quality check I ask them clarification about that quality check but they said that they don’t have any idea about it and they were fix to their decision and said I have to accept that product, and they are not going to refund my money.

I request to take necessary action against Snapdeal , and help me to get my money back Rs.892
