Subject: Refund request for Order no: 15086684653

Dear Snapdeal,

I am writing to you to seek clarification and refund towards order no: 15086684653 ;Fossil ES3352 Chronograph watch purchased online for Rs 8280/- on 11th September 2016. Kindly note this watch came in a hideous box and did not look new to the eye therefore, a return requested was placed on 15th September, 2016.

NUVOEX picked up the watch from my residence at 1455 hrs on September 16. I am attaching the reverse pick-up courier air way bill receipt (SND3048904) to validate that the watch was collected.

On September 19th there seems to be 2 updates by Snapdeal stating the following:

1. 19th September, 2016 at 10:29 am – Returned item received at Snapdeal. Quality check in progress

2. 19th September. 2016 at 11:28 am – Return request is declined. Returned item will be send back to you

Attached snapshot to validate the above comments from Snapdeal.

Upon calling customer service to check as to why the return has failed quality check they said because the product was not damaged (Last night call with a floor Manager) and I had send it across under the damage category for return.

Today, September 20th I received a call from CEO escalation team stating they have only received a box and not the watch. To prove this I am attaching the Nuvoex reverse pickup sheet that only validates that the watch has been collected via the courier company and delivered to Snapdeal on 20th September, 2016 at 11:11 am. (Attaching the courier tracking screen shot for your reference)

All of the above details or invalid claims made by the CEO escalation team and Customer Service team seems to be contradictory because there is so much ambiguity in the data put up on the tracking history of the watch by Snapdeal.

If you have received the watch on 20th September at 11:11 am how can the product fail a quality check on 19th Sept at 11:28 am. I have called the courier company and they state that the watch has been delivered to Snapdeal today and how can the claim not to have received a watch.

All of the above seems to be pointless as Snapdeal does not have their facts right which has caused me big time inconvenience. I am attaching all the proofs so that Snapdeal gets up to speed on the status or fate of my refund or return of my watch.

This is unethical, unprofessional and unfair way of operating business and harassment towards me which I refuse to bear anymore due to the ambiguity and absurdness in your way of dealing with the whole issue.

Kindly note, if I have no resolution within the next 48 hours. I will be knocking the doors of District consumer forum court against Snapdeal. I am sending a written complaint to your Corporate office headquartered in Delhi with all the proofs attached.

Would appreciate a refund to be processed as soon as possible without more mental harassment.
