Dear Sir, I have purchased Microsoft Lumia 540 at 13/07/2015 which was fine till May 2016. In month june my phone has hanging issue so I have submitted my phone to Nikia Care Bhagalpur because My phone was in under warranty. They have take almost one month and given me other phone inplace of My original phone without any information to me. And in that phone within one week has the touch issue. So I went to nokia care again they change some setting and told me now phone is ok, but after 2 days same issue happen and during this period 13/07/2016 has passed which mean warranty is over, when I agin visted to nokia care they didn’t accept my phone, I complain to customer care (Complain no 1348959425 & 1349102256 recent) they have ignoring the complain almost three months.After three months they are denying to provide me pollution.
Firstly they have cheated me when they changed my phone without any information and given the phone which worked only one week.
