Customer Service,

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had during a recent bus ride with your company. On 17/8/23, I was a passenger traveling from Pondicherry to Chennai. During our journey, the bus made a scheduled stop at a refreshment point, which I believe is associated with your services.

I am disappointed to report that my experience at this refreshment point was far from satisfactory. I encountered the following issues:

Hygiene and Cleanliness: The facilities at the refreshment point appeared to be poorly maintained. Restrooms were dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the area left much to be desired.

Service Quality is poor and unappetizing

I believe it is essential to choose a high standard refreshment point.
I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and work to ensure that such experiences are not repeated in the future. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
