Hi,
I had brought a smart watch from fireboltt in a chennai mobiles outlet vadavalli branch coimbatore before 6months. They ask to give complaint through online. I had registered the complaint on 3rd August 2023. They replied my mail and give me the complaint ticket number. And they send me the pickup courier number also. But after that no response from the fireboltt customer care. I freequently registered complaint through my email regularly. But no response… and let me know they are interested or not to replace my Defualt smart watch. I try to attach my email screen shot copy its shows low memory. Please check and let me know.
