Text of Complaint by Dandabattina Narayanaa Sagar:

I ordered a wireless dongle TP-Link 600 Mbps Wifi Wireless Network USB Adapter with Antennae (Archer T2U Plus) via order 31 May, 2023 / ‫405-7775763-9060311.,m
They sent me the TP link 600 Mbps Wireless Network USB Adapter without Antennae (Archer T2U )
I sent them the clear pictures showing that the product received is without Antennae and is like a USB pen drive.
I paid 1199 for the product and the product they sent me is worth 999.
To raise the complaint further they asked me to add my bank details as I made cash on delivery for the product. which I did.

they said they will get this investigated and call me by June 8th 2023, no one called
I customer care options chose contact me and they called me.
To my surprise the rep Suvesh said the replacement or refurnd cannot be given as the investigation team has concluded that the item they sent is right one. and once the investigation team has decision he cannot do anything.
Asked him to raise another escalation .he said he cannot and there is no further escalation process. and hung up on me.
They are careless and deliberate enough not to notice the difference between Antennae and no antennae.
The picture I sent clearly shows the product I received is the Model (Archer T2U Plus) without the antennae.
I think Amazon is unnecessarily keeping and paying the guys who did this wrong investigation.
