Hi,
I have ordered a product from Paytm and the product has been received, but the product is already used and not suitable for use and its worth of 700 Rs and there is no refund replacement policy as per paytm, but it doesn’t mean that paytm should provide used products to customer and cheat them, this is really a very bad and the support from paytm is also very bad they are saying we understand its a used product but there is no refund replacement policy, I have been facing issues consecutively
