- I have sent ample mails and visited the motorolla center sevaral times ,they send an apology mail or stand with a blank face as if they dont have the part which was found defextive on 2nd day after buying the mobile
- The company was earlier responding and trying to resolve the issue and promised me at the vashi center(authorised) to provide a new mobile as a replacement by 30thsep
- When I visited the center on 30th sep,they denied providing the details and told that they will replace the defective part instead
