What’s wrong with PayTM?
Issue 1: I ordered 2 jeans (Order id:3863489043). I received only 1 jeans out of 2 but PayTM marked delivered to both. I complained regarding the same but did not get any resolution since 1 week. I called many times on their customer care but no one responded. They did not even picked up the call. When I messaged them, a generic reply is coming every-time that we understand your problems and we are working on it. I messaged them many times for scheduling a call rather than sending general messages but they do not even bothered.
Issue 2: Out of 2, the Jean which I got I wanna return that because of size issue. But due to above issue I can not return that. When I tried to file return for the same, return option was not even available.
Issue 3: I ordered a Sunglass (Order Id:3761915375) on Sep 2,2017 but did not received yet even after almost a month. I tried to Cancel that but again there is no Option available to Cancel it.
My finding with PayTM: If this is the way of dealing customer, I would make sure no one from my friends and family will ever buy anything from PayTM because I do not wanna to see them suffer like I did.
