I booked 2 tickets Agra to Gurugram, when we are boarding the bus they asking to pay extra amount for the personal small luggage, it’s very surprising for us, which was not available anywhere to know the price or charges of the personal luggage. They provided me payment slip, like I’m sending commercial material to other location. I’m not recommending to NueGo.
