I requested a withdrawal on 18.02.2026 and after two days the status was still showing processing. Usually it does not take that long for me. I started getting worried because I needed the money urgently. I wrote to customer support and asked for clarification. They informed me that my address proof needed re-verification due to a mismatch. I uploaded the correct document the same day. Withdrawal was approved within 24 hours after that. Delay happened but issue was fixed properly.
