I placed a live football bet on 09.02.2026 and the match got suspended due to technical reasons. My stake did not return immediately and the bet was showing unsettled. I felt confused because the match was officially canceled. I contacted support and gave them the bet ID. They checked the system and confirmed that the market was under review. After final settlement the bet was voided and my full stake was returned to my balance. It took some time but it was handled correctly.
