Made a payment of 2500₹ to a paytm merchant Drkwb(scammer) who promised to deliver the item but since payment the merchant stopped replying to my messages and is not refunding the above said amount, when I contacted paytm to provide me details of the merchant for lodging a complaint the Paytm executive is saying that they will not provide the details because Paytm transaction has been completed and they don’t care if scammers and fraudsters use Paytm for cybercrime as long as they get profit from the transactions.
