Dear sir/madam,

I would like to say that I had reliance postpaid connection number 9569909612 in July 2018. On 23rd July 2018 an executive from Airtel visited to me and told me to port the SIM to Airtel Postpaid connection and described the ONE YEAR plan MOBILITY VOLTE at the annual charges of Rs 2948.18 and confirmed me that this plan is for one year. I agreed with the plan and he sent port request from my phone on 23rd July 2018 and the connection was activated on 27th July 2018 (Ref. mail sent dated 27 Sep 2018 wide Order21-92306432260). After activation I received the confirmation call from Airtel Customer Care regarding activation and MOBILITY VOLTE service and I asked customer care executive again and again that my plan is for complete one year and he confirmed to me that YES this plan is for complete one year, this was happened twice or thrice and every time customer care executive confirmed me that this plan of bill Rs 2950 is for one year named as MOBILITY VOLTE service and I will get the bill in September 2018. As It was informed I received the bill of Rs 2948.18 and the same was paid before due date on 5th Sep 2018.
Every thing was going very smoothly, suddenly I received a message on 24th Feb 2019 from Airtel saying that a bill of amount Rs 2966.52 idue on 8th March 2018. Firstly I thought that this message has been forwarded to me by mistake and I ignored it since I had paid the bill for one year but on 11th March 2019 the outgoing calls services stopped on my phone number 9569909612 then I called customer care and explained him that I had already taken postpaid plan of complete one year and please cross check. After putting my call on hold for few minutes the customer care executive apologized for his mistake and said that my adopted post paid plan is for one year and told me that he has put a complaint on my behalf and resumed outgoing services on my number 9569909612. But on 13th March 2019 again I received call from Airtel customer care saying that my bill is overdue then the call was transferred to Supervisor but she also could not help me and then the call was transferred to Senior Supervisor and I explained the whole story to her but she also said that the Plan running on my number 9569909612 is for 6 months and she is not able to help me. I searched the Nodal Officer’s number from Internet and tried to call but the number 09878434865/09878444865 are switched off then finally I decided to write to you through this mail and hope you will understand my problem and resolve it at earliest as I am receiving messages from Airtel that incoming services will be stopped shortly. Otherwise I will have to take the help of consumer protection agency for legal proceedings.
