I have complaint about order no 4558413330 of Loreal Paris Excellence Cream Hair Color Mahogany -55. Seller send me product which does not have batch no, mrp, mfg date and exp date. How can PAYTM expect customer to accept such afraud product?
I want my refund asap.
I placed an order on 3/2/18 and got it on 5/2/18. On the same day I called customer care and made complaint. I got mail from PAYTM regarding this ask me to share pics of that product. I shared three pics which clearly shows that there are no details such as batch no, mrp, mfg date and exp date.
Still PAYTM has not refunded my money also doesn’t commit about how much time they will require to solve my issue. They just give the formated answer that our team is working on it, we are tring to connect with seller , your issue is highlighted and so on…..
Paytm doesn’t bother about customer at all. They dont email customer regaring complaint and doesn’t even callback. Whenever I asked customer care person to connect me to their senior, every time they purposely put me on hold (even at midnight) for so long time and if i am still patient to wait then that senior talks rudely and when he feels that he is answerable , he just drops the call. Just unprofessinal behavior.
Still PAYTM is not commiting about how much time it will take to solve my issue.
