My name is sunil parashar a existing prepaid customer of vodafone number 8802227010. I ported my vodafone number form postpaid to prepaid approx 2 years ago, but I didn’t received my security refund till now even after visiting many times on vodafone store, I met mr rupam on sector 15 faridabad vodafone store, and told him my issue, that guy talked me rudely and misbehaved, where is your tag line “happy to help you” ?

I met with one of my friends and I was shocked that he is also facing the same regarding his two vodafone postpaid number.

I am really disappointed with this type of cheaters. When a customer don’t pay bill on time you impose a panelty, now what to do in your case will you pay for this

I will try my best to not to recommend vodafone to any of my reference
