Despite my best efforts and explaining paytm ‘automated’ customercare emails against reff id 37115825 that back on 14th August 2017 the sender has sent Rs 1200 to my account which successfully got debited from his account but never credited my account even to-date.
PayTM customercare can check every detail from their system but they are just wasting my time and energy is requesting for information like screenshots of transaction details / account details. I have provided them everything I had.
That is:
a. my transaction history screenshot
b. My passbook balance screenshot
c. Sender’s debit message screenshot (txn ID 13519424530)
But still PaytM is sitting on my money and not crediting it to my account.
Their website says that you can talk to them on their customercare number but its all automated with no option to talk to PayTM personnel which should be reported to cyber crime! Nor since all this time they have ever bothered to call back to me?
