I have order my Fan from Paytm around 6 months ago and now cosmetics design of fan got off we filed a complaint to USHA they said we will send someone after 3 weeks a person comes and check and says as you have purchased this fan online you have to go to bhiwandi and get it replaced there.Which type of service is this please look into this matter
