1. On 28th May at 22:32 the said UPI transaction 814822222439 was done to withdraw ₹4765.05 from my SBI account which was supposed to reach to paytm. But paytm kept on denying this fact and did not even raised the order id or at least that order id was never shown in “my orders”.
2. I did raise the dispute from the UPI APP GOOGLE TEZ which is clearly showing that transaction was successful and reached to the merchant’s bank account. Even the response from my bank (sbi) has confirmed that in the written email.
3. Raised this issue with Paytm multiple times with multiple people yet only false hopes and no resolutions (you see already 21 days have passed).
