Text of Complaint by Narayan Sati:

I am a JioFiber customer. My JioFiber connection was relocated and the remaining balance amount of Rs. 9,971.72 was acknowledged by Jio via an official email dated 08 November 2025. The email and link clearly showed the amount and status as Full and Final Completed.

However, even after more than three months, the amount has neither been transferred to my bank account nor reflected in my new relocated device. Customer care is giving contradictory statements. At one time they said the amount would be refunded, and later they said the remaining balance would be transferred to the new device within 90 days. Till date, neither has happened.

Despite this unresolved balance, Jio customer care is asking me to continue paying monthly bills as usual, which is unfair and unacceptable when a large amount of my money is already lying with the company. I am being forced to pay bills while my own balance is withheld.

Customer care representatives have disconnected calls without resolution, and the MyJio app does not show a functional help or escalation option. Emails sent to Jio result only in automated replies without resolution.

This is a clear case of deficiency in service and harassment of the consumer. I request intervention to direct Jio to immediately credit the balance of Rs. 9,971.72 to my bank account or adjust it fully against my new JioFiber account and stop demanding further bill payments until the balance is settled.

And now the representative says, I had relocated my account, but it was not done correctly. My old balance will not be transferred to the new account as per their policy due to cancellation of previous subscription and starting new connection with new device. It is a significant amount of ₹9,971.72, and I have neither received a refund nor any voucher, while they are threatening me that if I won’t pay my next bills, my connection will be lost and there won’t be any possibility to get this amount back.
