Hi Team,
I am a resident of Mumbai : residing in Andheri west -Veera desai. The Vodafone store which has recently put up( couple of years) in Veera desai next to ICICI Bank is the disgusting store. Seems you have just opened it for promoting and dont have educated staff there. They misbehave and have no control over the rubbish language they use.
Highly ILL MANNERED staff. Thia is the 3rd incident in a row with me where the STAFF has misbehaved. I made a biggest mistake switching to VODAFONE.
Would appreciate if you can provide some basic soft skill training to your ill mannered staff.
It seems they owe the store and can talk and treat any one how they wish.
