Hi,

I was doing online shopping from Limeroad and while paying for the product I chose to pay through my Paytm wallet.

Everything was fine, my bank sent me a confirmation message that Rs770 has been deducted from your account at Paytm.

But when I opened my Paytm wallet the balance showed me Rs0 and it has been more than 24hours still  my money has not come to my wallet.

I mailed a number of times to Paytm but they are not paying any heed to my complaints. I tried to contact the customer care there also they are not receiving the call. Limeroad has also confirmed that they did not receive any money against my order.

My bank has sent me a confirmation message stating that the money has been deducted at Paytm. Where as Paytm is so irresponsible that it is not paying any attention to my grievances.

Please take necessary action against this type of fraud by Paytm so called ,’the most trusted bank.’ I had shared my order id with them and screenshot of message sent to me by my bank.

I hope you will resolve this problem as soon as possible and save the customers from being cheaten by these companies.
