Dear sir,
We are the customer of Vodafone from last 5 years in Cooperate plans having 9 nos.We found that our billing is to high from last 1 year
since vodafone was giving new plans at lesser tariff.
We gave a letter for change of plans 2 months back at Vodafone store at oppanakara street
in Coimbatore, but to our disappointment no action was taken from your side.
Before 1 month we gave another letter for migration from post paid
to prepaid for which we gave all related documents for your persual.Even then also no action was taken.
Then to our disappointment at last we
went to your main store located at avinashi road Coimbatore for finding results of our request,You won’t believe i sat for 3 hours at the store
compelling them to take further action.
After lot of arguments & discussions store people agreed to take action by taking all my related documents.
After 5days of regular telephonic reminder at last i got all 9 new sims migrating from postpaid to prepaid.But to my one more disappointment new
Sims were not activated for 4 days.Again after compelling & shouting on the people concerned my 5 nos were activated & balance 4 nos are still
in post paid mode.
Again today the 5 nos which were migrated from post paid to prepaid has been deactivated for no reasons.When we called the
helpline nos we got the reply that for kyc documents were not given.
We were amused hearing this as proper documents were given 3 times to the
vodafone store at Oppanakara & Avinashi road.We are very sorry that a company of Vodafone stature is harassing their customers from last 2
months.
Sir we are fed up & request your to please allow us to live peacefully by solving our problems.Hope this time we feel our complaint is taken
seriously & action will we taken immediately.
