Text of Complaint by Nitin Caloniya:

I transferred 35000 to paytm from my credit card in order for me to transfer that amoumt to my account. I was successfully able to transfer amount to paytm but was unsuccessful to transfer it to my account. When i rang paytm helpcare they said you have exceeded you limit.

Okay fine.

But even i was not able to transfer money to other paytm account and i was assured on 14/03/20180 09:00 AM that within 24hours your limit will be extended and you will be able to transfer money to other paytm account. 15/03/2018 11:00 AM after 26 hours i was not able to transfer money to other paytm account though every KYC was updated beneficiaries were added too.

I again rang help care and i was asked to wait again  for another 24 hours. Paytm has played with my money and i have not received it yet.

To be noted that i required this money for my fees to be paid and because of paytm i was not able to pay my fees and i had to face the consequences from my college. I would like to take a special action on paytm. Also the peraon whom i spoke to were

1. Safia siddique so called senior.

2. Mohammed

3. Geetha

4. Surendar again so called senior.

As of now i have had no response and my money is still with paytm. Please can this be picked up and command paytm to send me my money and hereafter they dont play with it.

Also to be noted that i was given no prior notice about my limit etc.. please please sue paytm. Worst service ever.
