I added balance in my paytm wallet and I was left with Rs. 800 in my wallet. I wanted to pay to one of my contacts via paytm wallet, and it comes that I do not have sufficient balance in my wallet even though I just wanted to pay the contact Rs. 500 out of Rs. 802. Either make your app learn basic mathematics or leave the business.

Then i thought, maybe because I did the KYC later and added the money before the KYC was done, I couldn’t transfer the amount. So, I decided that I will send the wallet money back to my Bank A/c. I added another Rs. 50 in the wallet. Understood that you people want to transfer the amount back to the same Bank account from which the money was added. I tried everything, and you people take freaking Rs. 25 for transferring Rs. 852 back in my account no. Granted this, you are doing business you need to earn something, and the transfer fee is your means, but when I had all of the sufficient amount in my Paytm wallet to make the transfer in my bank account, why the hell will I use “more payment options” for transferring money from my paytm wallet to my bank account when I want to transfer back the money in Paytm Wallet to my Bank Account. We are not fools here to just be using the paytm app to make payments all over. Its a matter of convenience for us and we can go back to our traditional means to pay our bills and go shopping.
