Text of Complaint by Sanjeev Kumar:

I am Sanjeev Kumar, Citizen of India,  S/o Mr. Munna Lal R/O H-16/524 Sangam Vihar New Delhi -110080.

 

I am Using 2 Paytm account

  1. 9999789020         b.             7011527391

 

I would like  to inform you that Paytm has taken 3951 rupees forcibly because of “KYC” , I have done my 9999789020 “KYC” on Saturday, but due to verification process has not been completed It is still running in your server and therefore I am unable to use that amount.

 

I spoke to your executive who KYC does in “Okhla Phase-2”, they stand in front of “C-45 Vodafone Office”. Executive told me that you can use only one Paytm Account from one adhaar card, I asked to disable “Paytm – 9999789020” transfer my balance in my second account “7011527391” which has been “KYC” But he denied that it was not possible, he suggested to talk to customer service But your helpline number failed to connect me with any customer service agent, your team who was standing in front of me tried to connect to the customer service team itself, but they failed to do same, in the end they could get the employee’s helpline number Called, and sharing my problem with them he assured me that on Monday the rupee 3951 will be transferred to my another account , but it’s not done yet.

 

Your team is saying, according to the RBI guidelines, you have to face such a problem, I would like to ask you that the RBI has given approval to take money from own citizens in this manner. While the citizen is ready to share necessary documents

 

I request you to intervene in this matter so that my money will be transferred to another account with compensation and Being an Indian citizen i want , “PAYTM” would Share below information with “RBI”

 

  1. Share the action plan to resolve this kind of issue
  2. How much money has been stopped in this way, give this information to you and RBI.

It is very necessary so that no citizen has to lose his money due to this kind of “Tughlaqi” process of the PayTM team.
