Text of Complaint by Prakash:

  • I am Prakash, I have ordered 3 product in paytm through my debit card balance. The 1 st product got delivered.
  •  The 2 ND product, I have cancelled and I have been waited for 2 week for getting my refund amount. I enquired in call center, and Directly I visited bank as well But I did not get any refund amount from paytm in my given Debit number. I felt disappointed and even I felt

3 for the last product it wasn’t teach me at the date which shows on display…. I waited. Extra 1 week… Then again I got disappointed. No one called me to provide my order as well no one dropped my product. Then I went to paytm app.

I shocked because my product was cancelled. But I didn’t. I enquired lot of time the service team…. But they are not given me any response…. I believed that I am going to wear my new formal shoe to college finally, paytm collapsed.. Cha…
