I purchased new vivo v9 from amazon but phone is having full size display problem and connectivity issues. Even though they are providing 18:9 ratio but still no full screen mode is available.
Kindly check the image and lower portion as an extra white band type layer is coming even during videos also.

In my vivo v9plus which I purchase in Aug month, pale Yellow screen is coming even all setting are same as other vivo phone
