Hi Team,
When I’m trying to add money to Paytm wallet from my credit card by default the amount (5000 + 5000) got updated (taken) under the Paytm Gift Voucher.
without intimating to me how they can do this kind of transactions.
The paytm directly doing the fraud.
when I’m trying to call dedicated customer care# 011-33996699, it’s asking to enter transaction ID : xxxxxx when I try to enter my Paytm transaction I’d, it is saying “you have entered wrong transaction I’d”
please try to make/file a complain again to this kind of fraud.
please help on this issue to resolve at the earliest.

Same thing happened with me i am having Rs 17000/- in the same way ..I want my amount to refund back to my credit card .
This is a fraud and Paytm should be funished for this
