Amazon has sold a broken RAM to me and then when I asked for a refund they closed my account saying I have violated their terms, whereas I don’t think I violated any terms. They are saying that previously I returned item different from what I received which is completely untrue. I don’t know what has happened to them. NEVER have I had to go through so much trouble in order to get my refund. I don’t know why Amazon is doing this.

Purchased a laptop, December 2018. Returned unused within 4 days to Deal Express. Six months later Amazon has debited my account for the money and refuses to return it, even though I have given them all receipts and product was returned to seller. Amazon acquiring goods and services, under false pretenses. Never did they sell me anything and are not entitled to take money. Hours and hours on the phone, emails and letters. Stealing money for something they do not own.
File a complaint with your Attorney General and Amazon’s state AG.
