Recharged 349 on 8th feb 8348074252 the recharge was successful but the plan is not yet activated. Vodafone is the shittiest telecommunications company in India and have the worst worst customer care service.

I am rahul. My vodafone no. is 9034197891. I have already recharge my vodafone no. But it’s not showing my validity and not get recharged. Recharge of Rs 399 for rs 349 has been debited from my account on dated 24 th march 2020 . My reference number is 008407886241.Kindly see what is issue.Vodafone is the shittiest telecommunications company in India and have the worst worst customer care service.

I had recharged for 599 on 14 May 2020 . The amount got deducted but in my Vodafone app….it says no transaction happened.
When contacted bank.. They said Vodafone has only taken money.
Either the app has problem or Vodafone is cheating…. If Vodafone wanted money….. We could have easily given.. But cheating is not at all acceptable ….shame on u guys….its not the first time it happened… It’s the fourth time.. Happening to us… Vodafone customer service is pathetic….. We had proof as in bank statement and their messages… Like amount debited….we gave all proofs… But Vodafone says it’s not them it seems… Then who the hell…. Took..

is there way we can track where the money went.. i recharged for 1197. I only have bank transaction proof. looks like VI has the worst service playing with other’s money.

It’s really frustrating. no way to contact customer care.
