I ordered an iball wired keyboard on 1st August the delivery time was 10th August. Got the keyboard delivered on 7th August when I opened the keyboard it was defected. In the return policy of the keyboard was for 7days after delivery.
But on my profile it was showing the product still not delivered so I can’t apply for return. I waited for 1-2days but the product was still showing the order not delivered.
I am with paytm customer care for 10days( from 8-9th August) but he is just making excuses not solving my issue. I send his product all details and images as he asked but now he is not picking my phone.
I don’t know what to do now. But I am sure I will share this on social media to show the customer care real image of paytm.
