I had ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 (Order ID 10047274) from Airtel Online Store on 12th August 2018 and the maximum expected delivery date was 18th August.
The product hasn’t been even dispatched yet and even the Airtel customer care has no clue and are unable to help. And when I e-mailed the delivery partner, Vulcan, they replied that Due to some technical issue we are unable to deliver your product, please contact Airtel.
Now whom should I contact now. My money is stuck in between. I didn’t expect this from Airtel and Vulcan(child company of Snapdeal). Shame
