Bought a new iPhone 7 plus from paytm on the 3rd of September,received the same on the 5th. When I opened the box the ear plugs and the converter were missing from the box. Tried to raise a return/replacement since that day but no response from paytm. I received a call on the 7th saying that the seller has rejected the replacement without giving me any reason. I have made umpteen calls to get in touch on the customer care number but no response.I am not being able to use the phone even after paying such a huge amount of more than 60000rs.this purchase has led to mental stress. I need immediate resolution and compensation.
