Please note that in the course of my business, I have obtained some financial assurance from Kotak, Fullerton India & Aphelion Finance by way of personal loan and credit cards facilities. Accordingly I have been making regular payment of instalments in respect of the said loan facilities availed by the said banks from time to time.
Please note that however , due to some unavoidable circumstances and due to some false billing, I could not make payments in respect of the instalments payable to the said banks and NBFC.
I wish to place on record that for any reasons, if I have failed to make payment in respect of any such instalments to any of the banks/ NBFC, they are very much entitled to adopt appropriate legal proceedings against me, however under any circumstances they cannot be permitted to use any such physical force against me and or against any of my family members in any manner whatsoever.
Please note that the said aspect have been considered by the Hon’ble court from time to time and accordingly it has been observed that the bank authorities do not have any rights to cause any such physical or mental harassment to any such borrowers in any manner whatsoever.
Despite the said facts, now, it has been noticed that various anti social elements are being engaged by the said banks who claim themselves to be so-called recovery agents, those regularly harassing me and my family.
I have received such threatening calls from following numbers where they have given me threats of dire consequences and so also to my family members.

Please note that such acts on the part of the said banking organizations and / or so called recovery officers by itself amounts to a serious offence commited by them and accordingly I take this opportunity to write this letter to you which may kindly be treated as a complaint made by me against the said banking organizations and their so-called recovery agents for causing harassment to me and my family members and other threats of dire consequences and accordingly you are requested to take appropriate action in the matter to safeguard my life and property accordingly.

Today before the due date executive visited at my residences, harassing us unnecessary, is was busy in meeting at office, he directly visited my residence
I called telecaller arguing with me ph no is 9022552771 Mr Akshay visited at my residence is no is 8655712579
It’s very bad experience i using other bank credit card, but no such harassment is done, I need apology letter from agency
