Text of Complaint by Saksham Hissaria:

I have ordered a product from Paytm on 9th of September…It was to be delivered to me by 26th of September…But it’s not delivered and when for writing a query regarding the product I opened the delay in order deliverey page in my product details and I clearly mentioned that the product is still in custom from 23rd September as per the tracking details but still now there is no reply from the sell…There is no option of talking to the customer care except messaging and no contact number of seller is mentioned there…All details are mentioned with this file i.e.

(1)When I contacted on gati international(the courier company) office number on which I contacted from whom I got the same reply that the product is still held in customs…Contact number 9001230685

(2)The text regarding product issue to the Paytm…

(3)The date of placing order and all other tracking details…

(4)The no information tracking statement of gati international which I was seeing for today whole day but now it’s showing the same that the product is still held in customs due to EDI…

(5)The name of the seller Bessky,Mumbai,Maharashtra…
