Hello,
I made an account on Paytm on another number and without being aware that only one account can be made from one aadhar card . I made new account in paytm from new number and at that i added some amount on Paytm .At the time of adding money they never asked for KYC but i thought of transfering that money to other account and deleting this account they said you will have to go for KYC .
My dilemma is how can someone else decide ,what i have to do with my money,if they were not asking for KYC at the time of Adding money ,they would have given me a window so that i can transfer money and close that account .
I am ready to fight for this as this is a very bad behavior from Payatm .I request your team to take genuine action against Payatm and give me a satisfactory reply .
My problem if they needed to ask about KYC why didn’t they do before adding money ,they would have stopped me saying that you can’t add money until your KYC is done
