Hi Team,

My name is Naresh and I am using vodaphone service last 7 years threw 9582961645 number. On 4 July I went vodafone store in vaidanshi interprises, d-84, block- b2, near mother dairy,, Sonia vihar center for change the ownership on my name because earlier this was on my father name’s Madan.

Than the person who was there he suggested me to take postpaid plan which was suitable in my budget and he committed me 249 plan (unlimited calls and 5gb Internet) but I got only 1 gb.

From that day to till now am facing to much problem which that plan even 2 days back when I went there again regarding the same consert the same guys told me some issues going on aur system.

Please go threw this meter and suggest me what should I do.

Eather I want 5 gb with the same plan aur I want prepaid that no.
