There is a complete case of fraud where some of Bhartiaxalife inssurance employees(Yashpal) and agents have visited my father to get the policy enrolled for him and even took his medical report so it can be verified in the company as he is 61 year old and also have some heart related history.

We even have recordings for all these conversation
Now after 1month we received a Welcome kit which has my brothers name as insurer and same day we reached out to their employee Yashpal and other to get it corrected/cancelled and even dropped an email to Service@bharti-axalife.com but they only said that it will be corrected in few days and afterwards when we sent an email to grievance cell than they said that you can only cancel in 15 days.

Now how we can cancel the policy when we have not even received the policy in 15 days as these fake agents have delivered the polciy after 30 days and that to personally .(no courier etc)

Also in parallel we have received several calls from same agents that we will be receiving 200000 rupees as company is giving it to its policy holders and even they came to take the post dated cheque which we cancelled before becoming the victim again.

Please call me in case you would need any more information but i am telling you that there is a whole racket who is doing fraud here and even it will put Bharti axa as a company under suspicion.

Please help us in getting our refund..
