Dear Sir ,
I have two paytm wallets with 2 numbers one is 8074900501 and the other is 8886012359. I had used my aadhar for kyc verification for one number 8074900501 but somehow i missed the sim card of that number and currently iam using 8886012359 and added 4000 rupees to my paytm wallet but now they had blocked my money and saying that i need to complete kyc verification for transferring the same or to use that amount via paytm.
Iam ok to get kyc verification done but my aadhar is already linked to another number and denying for kyc. I had tried several means to contact paytm but of no use , poor customer service and half knowledged people.

If they are blocking my wallet are they sleeping while iam adding money to my wallet and now they are making me fool to just watch my amount in their wallet, paytm is confusing people in their best way.
Same with me not sure what to do. Iam from Goa and I cant travel all over from goa to mumbai just for KYC
