Hi Sir/Ma’m,

My complain’s against to “Mobikwik.com”, I have Rs/- 5157.50 in my mobikwik wallet. And i want to send it in my bank account but i’m facing some problems regarding KYC. And when i’m updating KYC detail in mobikwik then i’m getting OTP code on that no. which are linked with Aadhar card and currently i’m not using that no. So i’m not able to update the KYC.

So finally, now i want to return back my money to same account, from where i have added.

And second thing if KYC is required for sending money to any bank account so why they are not asking for KYC when i have added the money in wallet.

And one main thing, there have no any customer support for us, and they are provides many numbers on internet but no one can accessible.

And also i have raised many ticket on their site but they have resolved without giving any help.

So please i want the help regarding that i want to return back my money to same account.

  1. My complain’s against to “Mobikwik.com”, I have Rs/- 2673.03 INR in my mobikwik wallet. And i want to send it in my bank account but i’m facing problem. I also updated my KYC verification by using given method from Mobikwik.com. if suppose to, some issue in KYC then why they are not contacting to customers.

    And second thing if KYC is required for sending money to any bank account so why they are not asking for KYC when i have added the money in wallet.

  2. I made a train ticket on 24th July 2018 of amount Rs. 2144.61 through Mobikwik. Order I D no. 100001368912312 by debit card OTHPG 8205200466081. Thereafter I cancelled the said ticket on 26 July 2018. But I yet not received the refund amount.
