Hi Team,
Yesterday I made a call in Vodafone at 11:03 pm to complain about my internet speed where the Employee named Atik took my personal details like address as well as my name.
At midnight on 2:53 AM I am getting a message on whatsapp from an unknown number like “Hey cutest voice”.
On finding that number on Truecaller I was shocked to see that the number belongs to the employee SHAIKH ATIK from AHMEDABAD circle also with an e-mail satik5158@gmail.com
This is insane as well as hinders my safety cause if Vodafone can not keep my details as private I may witness the same guy using my personal details like address and name.
I reached Vodafone again at 12:04 pm where i had a word with a guy at superior position named Jaydeep who gave me number of Rina Patel (9925000401) and this email id asking to call and complain there cause the case is related to Ahmedabad area.
I so want promt resolution from Vodafone cause this is on my personal safety now and I have to take legal action if you guys don’t bother to solve it.
I have attached to screenshot of the number, whatsapp message as well as the Truecaller proof.
