IN THE CONSUMER COMPLAINTS COURT
Complainant: – Shri Ambadas Keshavrao Sakhare, R/o Qu. No. Y-8/114, Govt. Colony, Bandra(East),
Mumbai-51.
Subject:- My Paytm amount of Rs. 2963/ (Two thousand Sixty three rupees Only) not add in my
wallet.
Sir,
I am regular user of Paytm App. My Mobile no. 7020622745. Till 19th August 2017 my Paytm balance amount in my wallet is approximately below Rs. 100 and above Rs. 90. This amount may be Rs. 97. I add Rs. 3000/- in my Paytm Wallet as per Paytm cash Txn ID #13686383998 and Paytm order 3694420728 on 19th August 2017 at 12:10 PM. Hence total amount of Rs. 3097 in my wallet.
Thereafter I recharge prepaid of Rs 100/- as per Paytm cash Txn ID #13686480226, Paytm order Txn ID #3694456306 on 19th August 2017 at 12:14 PM and of Rs. 34 as per Paytm cash Txn ID #13686615558, Paytm order Txn ID #3694486110 on 19th August 2017 at 12:20 PM. Therefore, total amount of Rs. 2963 remain in my paytm wallet. But thereafter my paytm account was blocked. I tried two days but no payments succeed due to wrong password. Therefore I updated my Paytm App and then I changed my password. Thereafter paytm payment started, but balance amount in my paytm wallet shown as nil (00 amount). Actually balance amount in my paytm wallet should be Rs 2963/- . I made complaint on link www.paytmcare.com as Reference No. 37228725. Thereafter I received an email from www.paytmcare.com. This email is attached with this complaint. I am not satisfied with this statement mentioned in email, hence I filed this written complaint before you.
Therefore, I requested you, kindly refund my balance amount of Rs. 2963 (Two thousand Sixty three rupees only) in my wallet.

I filed complaint on 16th September, 2017 but no any reply sent to me. Which step taken in my case please inform me.
