• I got pest control service provider’s number from just dial.
• A person from that company came at my place for pest control.
• He did pest control and offered me a warranty of one year. He gave me a bill also.
• The bill includes Company’s address, website, phone number which all are probably fake.
• I cannot trace that company neither just dial is helping me out.
• I have paid money for a one year contract for which he have charged VAT also.
• Not only me but the government is also being cheated as we paying taxes are not reaching government because of such fraud companies.
• Just dial also provided me a washing machine repairer’s number , where I had asked justdial to provide a Official Panasonic washing machine repairers number. But they provided a number of a fraud company , saying that it is an official Panasonic washing machine repairers number. Which was again a fraud company. Who did some direct wiring in my washing machine due to which the machine worked for few hours and latter it broke down. And now it cannot be repaired.
• I request government to protect the consumers right. Or else many such fraud and fake company will continue succeed in looting people.
