Dear sir/Mam, paytm account has flagged through paytm without any reasons , this is my register paytm id is “yashwadhwa999@gmail.com” and I already a Paytm KYC user.
I also contacting with Paytm customer care and they did not any response of my complaint and, I also touch with twitter account but they did not again reply on twitter. I am very disappointed of paytm service.
I attached a screenshot of my account the error is showing me.

If is very unfortunate decision by paytm … we are customer since day of inception of paytm and without any prior notice this is done which is very bad and there is no reason for blocking account . We have given business worth lakhs to paytm and such decisions is taking us away from brand. I just expect prior warning before blocking account . Post warning would have respected their decision
