I have recharged my airtel mobile no.7358580573 on 22.02.2018 for a sum of Rs.349/-. But on28.02.2018 itself Airtel informed that my balance is Nil. When contacted Airtel, they said they have not received the Recharge amount of Rs.349/. Hence I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful immediately.
