Many time I got SMS about the value added service activation. 5 times I called customer care and reported this. They are given the answer that, the amount is deducted by the third party. and they are not able to block this deductions.
Vodaphone is looted tot of money when I was using prepaid connection. 4 Months back I have switched to post paid. I have attached the Post paid bill I received for last Month.
Clearly it written the amount 1192rs for VAS. After complaining that they have deactivated all this VAS and reduced the bill amount. How they can get the money from third party.
They are creating some programs to loot the money and when ever complaint about this they call this as third party. Afetr this series of complaint also I am getting further more VAs activation messages.
Now a days everything is available in internet then why I need to activate this VAS.
I am not interested in any of the VAS. So please Block the activation of any VAS service and take some action on this.
