My Paytm Account was blocked after My last transaction was completed on 20/03/2018 wallet txn id 18213513531.I tried to restore my account by the options they provided in the app and complained them .
they are not responding to my complaint and I am unable to talk to them directly and not answering the calls and not responding to mail id and telephone nos they were provided in the website.
If any process of KYC formality requires they have write to my mail and solve the problem. Why should our money held with them by not giving any guidence to continue the transactions.
It is cheating Why should you take action against them.Who is responsible for our money. Please do the Justice for me.
