I had applied for post paid to pre paid conversion of my Vodafone number 8750087856 now they are saying that it is not possible due to outstanding balance bt had already paid the amount mentioned by Vodafone executive at Vodafone store.
if m trying to call customer care the regereten tem is cutting my phone or they are putting my calls on mute.
