Hello, on Holi, I placed an order Zomato. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, an item was missing from the order. So, I tried chatting with customer service, but they weren’t available. So, they asked to send a mail. But first, I had to eat, so I placed an order immediately, waited for another 30 minutes. Later, I sent them this issue on mail for which they did not respond. I mailed them again after few days, all they said was they will send a feedback to the restaurant? Then why are you in the middle? Who’s mistake is it? Isn’t it the delivery guy responsibility to check the order? If this is the case, we’d go and buy it ourselves.
